I was looking for a range cooker and hood package. The range cooker was the same price everywhere but Decora had an amazing price on the hood so purchased both items from them.
The rangemaster was supplied (from rangemaster) with a faulty grill, and although repaired, developed another fault and had some poor quality workmanship niggles, combined with a poor quality local authorised engineer.
Decora at my request promptly arranged for a replacement cooker to be sent to me as I clearly had a problem one.
